CaveTown aims to be understandable and usable regardless of input device, vision or motion preferences. This is a complete English translation; the German statement remains authoritative if wording differs.

Target
The public landing page voluntarily follows WCAG 2.2 at conformance level AA as a design target. This is not a claim of complete, independently certified conformance.

Technical measures
- semantic headings, navigation and main-content regions,
- skip links that lead directly to the main content,
- visible focus indicators and operation without a mouse,
- a scalable layout for small screens and strong magnification,
- disabled animation when
prefers-reduced-motionis active, - no automatically starting audio or video, and
- print-friendly presentation of informational and legal text.

Known limitations
No independent complete WCAG audit has been performed. Linked third-party services and private client applications are developed by their respective providers and are outside this statement. Reports of specific barriers are reviewed and addressed where practical.

Report a barrier
Email support@cavetown.de with the affected page, assistive technology used and a short description of the problem. Do not include passwords or recovery keys. An alternative text-based presentation will be offered where possible.
